At The 3000 Network it’s no secret that we tend to focus in on single releases, however every so often we stumble across a ready-made EP perfect for a specific channel, which is exactly what we have found this time around as Lion unveils the ‘Blue Bass’ two tracker on 3000 Bass.
The title track for this one is a real electronic jig of a piece, mashing together a groovy lead synth line with a pulsating set of 4x4 drum expressions, perfect for the post-lockdown raves. On the flip, we are greeted my something a little more unusual as layers of grizzly bass textures are let loose to oscillate away on ‘Push The Tempo’, providing a deeper sounding B-side to add some fantastic depth to this wavy EP.
