Raw Motion puts out music that, unsurprisingly, is raw in motion and powerful in its flow, and that's the mission statement that Instag8 is abiding by on this one, a large six-track EP that's larger than life from start to finish. It kicks off with the title tune, 'Signals', with a deeply suspenseful intro that reminds us slightly of a movie trailer, before its spins out into acidic notes and a flowing, explosive arrangement powered by punching, gusty drums. The other highlight of the release is 'SNIFF', which also packs a superbly tight introduction full of tumbling breaks and eerie pads, which bolt out the stable on the drop and transform into something flowing, expertly crafted and club ready to the extreme. Unmissable.
