Josi Devil aka JD, the enigmatic producer behind the Rules of the dance remix featured on Kahn and Neek’s fabric mix - returns with a double 12” and two absolute melters.
DigiDub has been on dubplate for a few years doing the rounds with the likes of L U C Y, Sir Hiss & Commodo while Misnakes is a different beast and possibly the coldest release on Scrub a Dub to date.
Scrub a Dub sees a fresh look for the 19th release with graphics from Tessa Simpson, top quality heavyweight press, mastered by Beau at Ten Eight Seven.

What an absolute pleasure it is to see the return of the legendary Scrub A Dub imprint here as they bring together two absolute scorchers from Josi Devil. Primarily known as a reggae and dub influenced imprint, we see them move a bit out of the box with this one as 'Digidub' employs an array of grimey synthesisers and grizzly bass tones, constantly evolving into something new as the track progresses further. On the flip side we are given another treat in 'Misnakes', a more dubstep inspired creation running at a slightly slower BPM, employing dirty bass growls and rolling drumwork to create a seriously eerie vibe.
