Review: We were thrilled to dive into this latest offering from the Styx Recordings camp as they employ the heavyweight dubstep sounds of Reigamortis for two tracks of pure fire. We kick off this spicy two tracker with the uber gnarly 'Wipikana', a monstrous creation dripping in evil bass LFOs and spicy percussive additions, allowing it to roll freely in the dance. On the flipside we encounter the urgent, eastern-sounding string patterns of 'Dehyre', which makes for quite the contrast. The track then descends into some super swampy sounds, bringing together sizzling synthesizers and crunchy drum textures for a very tasty affair.

Review: Albion Collective have had an undeniably fire 2019, showcasing an array of exciting new artists through their highly respected label platform. They continue this energy as they invite in the spooky sounds of LSN for four tracks of pure power, kicking off with the scattered, unpredictable drum work and warbling electronic subs of 'I Don't Know What That Means'. The title track rolls into play next as 'Oscillator' combines hard hitting bass tones, shimmering Asian melodies and haunted female lead vocals for a tasty recipe, followed by 'Gone For Never', a lethal combo of violent bass slides between LSN & AxH. To round up, the choppy, hip-hop drum work of 'Rubberhands' provides the perfect contrasting finale!

Review: The Foundation Audio rampage rages on here as they invite in the deep, dingy sounds of Nova for yet another storming four tracker, making a perfect addition to their already super impressive 2019 catalogue. We kick this one with the eerie string drifts and spacey, metallic textures of the title track 'City Sound', before the more swampy LFO textures of 'Spooken' wade into view with some serious punch. Next up, the amphibious sounds continue as the warbling bass rolls of 'Froggyness' warp their way through the mix before we finish this one up with the more harmonious compositional structure of 'Lagoon', giving the whole project a very colourful finish indeed!
